SMS Terms and Conditions
Clear terms for Tayseer text messages.
These terms explain the optional SMS program offered by Tayseer Charitable Organization and how users can provide affirmative consent.
Tayseer SMS Program
Participation is optional. Tayseer sends messages only to mobile numbers for which affirmative consent was provided.
How to Opt In
Tayseer uses a public web form for SMS consent. Consent is never pre-checked and is not required to donate, receive services, or contact the organization.
- Open Tayseer’s public Contact page.
- Enter your mobile number in the Optional SMS Updates section.
- Review the SMS consent disclosure, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms and Conditions.
- Actively check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default.
- Submit the form. Tayseer records the consent timestamp, source form, disclosure version, and normalized mobile number.
Reviewer path: tayseercharity.org/contact → Optional SMS Updates → enter a mobile number → check the consent box → submit.
Program Description
Tayseer Charitable Organization may send recurring informational and fundraising text messages to people who expressly opt in. Messages may include:
- Membership and account reminders
- Donation acknowledgments and fundraising updates
- Event reminders
- Volunteer updates
- Program and organization notifications
- Emergency or time-sensitive community notices
Message and Opt-Out Terms
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent is not a condition of donating, receiving services, or making a purchase.
